Exotic hotel with friendly staff at request. Perfectly clean room overall, with good view into the really beautiful garden. A good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Interesting place for exploring San Andres.

The hotel's location is amazing, away from hustle and bustle. The room is perfectly clean and beautifully designed and essentials you need, including climate control, a refrigerator, and a dining area, is right there. Amazing service and the food is great.

My deluxe quadruple room was fashionable with a nice hot tub outdoors. The atmosphere created was special. It was near the main beach area of San Andrés as well as the sea at the front of the property, fantastic location overall.

Shame the bathroom was very basic.

Beautifully designed and exquisite room with climate control, multi-channel TV and a fridge. Large private bathroom.

Beds were a little hard.

got fashionable, large room with a nice hot tub outdoors, every comfort available and an outdoor jacuzzi. a refrigerator and glassware were provided if needed. the location was stunning, right by the sea at the front of the property, and west view, a fun place to hang out by the sea with diving boards, a big slide and great cocktails, in a wonderful area.

The hotel of choice in San Andres. Incredible location, satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of food. The pool area is good too. Nice interior, good restaurant. Proximity to the airport, just 0.5 miles.

The room was reasonably large with every comfort available, I stayed here for 5 nights.

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi was weak.

The hotel was located outside the hustle and bustle of the main area, but still close to beautiful snorkelling and diving spots. The spacious rooms offered stunning views and attention to detail in their decor. The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel at home, providing useful amenities such as bike rentals and arranging tours. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a variety of options.

Despite the beautiful location and attentive staff, there were minor inconveniences such as construction work and spotty WiFi.

Rooms are well-appointed with big interesting bathroom and a nice hot tub and every comfort, food is outstanding. There is a fridge and glassware. The hotel's location is lovely and the staff are very helpful and exceptionally attentive. Also, it is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from West View.

Stunning and incredible location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. We found it in a wonderful area really close to the main beach area of San Andrés and sandy beaches at San Louis too.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property!

Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center and the airport and downtown. We were moved to an a double room with a nice hot tub outdoors, the really beautiful garden plus comfortable bed.

The room is large with a particularly nice view over the garden and Carribean sea.

I enjoyed this property - romantic and ideal hotel.

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from West View was exceptionally nice...
